Sample Policy You may purchase items that are under $25 at the single piece price. You will also be charged for shipping. These samples item is yours to keep. For items over $25, we request that you sign an order acknowledgment for your sample. You will provide us with a credit card to hold while you view the sample. Samples must be returned within 30 days or we will charge your credit card for the item and you will not be able to return the sample. You are responsible for shipping of the sample from and to the factory. (Feel free to provide us with your corporate UPS or FEDEX shipper number). Instructions for return are usually placed on your order acknowledgment. However, if it is misplaced, the procedure is to call customer service toll free (888) 249-0420 and request a Return Authorization (RA) number for the item you will be returning.
